Iris Aík Alpízar
(México, 1994) She is interested in the levitation sensation integrated into game, where the public can choose, in a playful and carefree way, the narrative and sequence of each piece. In this way, it uses the pictorial as fiction and the sculptural as a physically real element that gives sense and sequence to the picture by public decisions.
Painter and sculptress graduated from the Facultad de Artes y Diseño, UNAM (2013-2018), she has participated in group exhibitions in Museo Maya (2019), Museo Nacional de San Carlos (2018), Museo de Memoria y Tolerancia (2017), Museo El Centenario (2018), besides other places. She has an individual exhibition Traslaciones in Museo Casa de Morelos (2019). Her work was selected in the I Bienal de Biodiversidad (2019) which had traveling exhibitions in Mexico.
